Comprehensively Trained Certified Pilates Teacher for Mat and Apparatus, 

Certified Personal Trainer, 

200-hour RYT Yoga Teacher

 as well as group and TRX and Core Align fitness certifications.


Her passion is studying and practicing Pilates through ongoing research and workshops, and she loves to share and see how others get so much out of the practice, physically and mentally. 

Joan’s signature Pilates classes are results-driven so expect to work hard but have fun in the classes…. and as she says, “you’ll feel what you’re causing”.
